Bright, indirect light; tolerates lower light better than most succulents and dislikes harsh direct sun, which turns the leaves red, brown or translucent-bleached. The 'window' species like soft bright light.
Acqua
innaffiare abbondantemente, then let the soil dry out completely. Water at the base. Water sparingly in winter. Drought-tolerant and very rot-prone if overwatered.

Gritty, fast-draining succulent/cactus mix.

Comfortable 15-27 °C; keep above 5 °C. Tolerates dry air; good airflow helps.
Concimazione
Feed once a month in primavera e estate with a heavily diluted succulent fertilizer; needs little.

Remove dried outer leaves; offset are easily separated to propagate. Non-tossico per pets and people.
